By 21, he had further enhanced his credentials with a Master of Business Administration (Professional Accounting) from the same institution, positioning himself as a rising leader in the corporate world.

Saumian's professional career took off in 2002 when he joined a prominent multi-national corporation in Australia as an Operations Coordinator. His remarkable managerial acumen soon earned him a leadership role at Cover-More Insurance Services, where he managed the claims and underwriting team. In 2007, driven by a desire to explore new horizons, Saumian returned to Malaysia and established LARICO. LARICO has grown exponentially, becoming a recognized leader in the infrastructure sector, particularly for its commitment to innovation and sustainable development.

William Mok Ing Wen

William Mok Ing Wen, a seasoned construction professional, has over two decades of experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia, which has been the foundation of his career. William joined LARICO in 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). His contributions to LARICO's success have been significant, particularly in expanding the company's operations in Sarawak.

William began his career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Galland Enterprise Sdn Bhd in 2000, where his meticulous attention to detail and understanding of project management quickly saw him rise to the role of Quantity Surveyor. His career reached new heights in 2005 when he joined Sinohydro Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. William managed several high-profile projects including the Bakun Hydroelectric Power Project, valued at RM1.8 billion, and the 132kV Selangau-Mukah Transmission Line Project in Sarawak, completed in a record 10 months.

As COO at LARICO, William's hands-on approach and deep understanding of the infrastructure market have driven the company's growth, particularly in the execution of large-scale transmission line projects. His strategic vision is focused on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, William's leadership fosters seamless communication across teams and enhances LARICO's ability to meet high industry standards.

Nadarajah Sivapragasam

Nadarajah Sivapragasam brings over six decades of financial management experience, largely gained during his tenure with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Malaysia's largest electricity utility. Rising through various roles, he contributed significantly to TNB's financial operations until his retirement in 2000. He later joined Trenergy Infrastructure Sdn Bhd, heading its Administration Department before his appointment as Director at LARICO in 2008.

At LARICO, Nadarajah oversees financial strategies that support the company's growth and stability. His expertise in risk management and sustainable financial planning ensures LARICO's resilience during periods of rapid expansion.

Danice Endawie Ita

Danice Endawie Ita, a highly skilled Electrical Engineer, has been a key figure in the transmission line industry for over four decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya and has held senior roles at Sarawak Energy, where he contributed to major projects that shaped the region's infrastructure.

At Sarawak Energy / SESCo, Danice's roles included Head of Transmission and Engineering Services and Chief Operating Officer, where he managed large-scale energy projects, including the construction of key transmission lines. His deep technical knowledge and strategic leadership have been vital in guiding LARICO's growth in the transmission line segment. At LARICO, he continues to oversee significant projects, ensuring that the company maintains its reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Puli Narayana

Puli Narayana is a Civil Engineer with a distinguished career in project management. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and has worked on numerous high-profile infrastructure projects throughout his career. Puli Narayana has been with LARICO since 2014 and currently serves as the Chief Projects Officer.

His early career saw him managing key construction projects at Kesoram Cements and Sanghi Spinners, where he gained valuable experience in project coordination and execution. At LARICO, Puli Narayana oversees all major project initiatives, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lau Shiau Ying

Lau Shiau Ying is an accomplished finance professional and has been an integral part of LARICO's success since joining the company in 2011. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting, awarded by the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, Ying's career began over 20 years ago, and she has developed a strong foundation in accounting practices and financial management.
